Charlene Castillo
Graduating from the University of Arizona in 1980 with a double major in finance and real estate, Charlene has been active in Tucson real estate ever since. While her main career emphasis has been in appraising she has also been involved in other phases of real estate such as brokerage, investing and rehab. Her appraisal experience includes over 13 years of commercial appraising, subdivision analysis, condemnation and market trend studies, as well as extensive residential appraising for almost 30 years. Having appraised in most of Southern Arizona she now focuses on the extended Tucson metropolitan area including the towns of Saddlebrooke, Catalina, Oro Valley, Marana, Vail, Sahuarita and Green Valley. She is always ready to answer any real estate question or need. She is known for her ability to tackle complex appraisals and for her high level of customer service and on time delivery.
